Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day no-hassle return and exchange policy for all unworn items.
To initiate a return, email support@blackdogoverland.net with your order number.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local carrier

  2. If not resolved within 48 hours, email us and we’ll help resolve the issue

Warranty

All hats include a lifetime warranty against defects.
If your patch peels or stitching comes undone, send us a photo and we’ll send a replacement.
Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including images, text, logos, and product designs—is the property of Black Dog Overland, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from the use or misuse of our products.

Why We Built Black Dog Overland

Black Dog started in a garage—just a father and son wrenching on old Toyota Land Cruisers. We rebuilt them from the frame up, learning that true durability isn’t flashy—it’s in the small things most people never notice. That mindset shaped everything we do now.

We created Black Dog Overland to deliver that same trail-tested quality in a form you can wear. Every hat, patch, and piece of gear is built with the same philosophy we use on our trucks: function first, then durability, then attitude. If it doesn’t stand up to long days, rough weather, or a little hell-raising, we don’t put our name on it.

From the backcountry to the bar, our gear is made to last, built to move, and never phoned in. Same standards. Same grit. Just in wearable form.

And because the wild places that inspire us deserve more than admiration, every purchase helps support nonprofit partners restoring trails, protecting habitats, and defending public lands across the U.S. We’re not just outfitting adventure—we’re investing in the places that make it possible.
