How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–10  days via USPS or UPS.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Black Dog Overland, LLC, we stand behind everything we make. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

1. Email support@blackdogoverland.net with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps and a return shipping address.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

• If you need a different item or size, we’ll send the replacement as soon as your original item is received and inspected.

• If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a full refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Contact us immediately at support@blackdogoverland.net. We’ll cover return shipping and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

• Wait 48 hours and check with neighbors or your local carrier.

• Still missing? Email us. We’ll help you file a claim and offer a replacement if needed.
